Midwife Check up

On Wednesday, yesterday, I had another appointment with Bella. Everything looks good! The baby is currently head down and is likely to stay that way. I love going to a midwife! I go over to her house, my appointments start on time, and she does everything for me. The appointments usually take an hour. She massages some scented oil on my belly and lets Eva help. Its a very relaxed and welcoming environment. Its exactly what I hoped the appointments would be like but better! Lets hope the birth is the same.

"Getting Strong Now"

I am getting very excited these days. This little one is getting strong and very active. I feel her movements so much more frequently and more intensely than before. I even feel her rolling over and her body poking out through my tummy. I love that because then I feel like when I touch her she can really feel my hand cuddling with her as best as I can.

I'm really starting the count down now! Can't wait to hold my new baby!

Midwife Check up

Our little one is getting very active and moving a lot! Its so exciting :). I had a check up this morning and everything looks great! No Gestational Diabetes, all my levels are excellent. The only issue was a low red blood cell count; which explains the low energy. I need to eat more salads and get more protein. Even though she still has lots of room to move she is currently head down. Though she is likely to still move all over due to her small size. I wonder if she is going to have a lot of hair, because this heart burn is really getting intense...

When Eva and I got to the appt Eva visited with my Midwife's daughter for a couple minutes and she bit Eva! It was a pretty rough bite too :(. Check it out, right behind her ear. Thats after a few hours...
